Internationalization of the Curriculum Workshop

Learn how to infuse a global dimension into your curriculum to prepare students for success in today's interconnected world. Our primary goal is to increase global learning opportunities for students by guiding faculty in enhancing their curriculum with international, 跨文化, 以及全球层面. Faculty who successfully complete our 课程国际化 Workshop will be able to submit an application package to receive a Global Learning course designation and their students will be enrolled in our Alamo Global Student Distinction Program and be eligible to receive the corresponding Digital Badge throughout Pathway Program.

The Office of 国际项目 offers two modalities for faculty to choose from based on their availability.

4小时密集的面对面工作坊

This 4-hour intensive workshop offers participants a chance to engage with other like-minded individuals from various disciplines. You will have the chance to learn from other people's experiences in a lively and interactive environment. You will make meaningful connections and develop partnerships while learning solutions, and tips and tricks to internationalize your curriculum. The Office of 国际项目 will send out notifications regarding upcoming workshops.

异步画布工作坊

A self-directed training that prepares participants to integrate Global Learning Opportunities in their academic course(s). This training has two parts: an asynchronous online course and 2 synchronous skills check (via Zoom). This course is fully online, asynchronous, and takes approximately 5 hours to complete. 技能检查会议长达一个小时.
